Delivery & Returns
All orders of standard products will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order being received. This excludes any custom products such as non standard sizes, colours, or other specifications.
Please ensure that the correct delivery address is submitted with each order. We will not be responsible for items sent to the incorrect location.
U.K. Destinations
Orders to U.K. delivery destinations will usually be sent via Royal Mail, but other courier services may be used, especially for wheels.
International Destinations
Orders to non-U.K. delivery destinations will usually be sent via Royal Mail, but other courier services may be used, especially for wheels.
The customer is liable for any customs or import taxes an order may incur.
Please note that the U.K. is no longer part of the EU and therefore import taxes will be incurred by orders to destinations within the EU.
Returns
If you wish to return a recently purchased item for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of taking delivery of your order. We will offer a refund or exchange, provided that the item is returned in a saleable condition.
The costs associated with the returning of goods including but not limited to: delivery costs and any customs or import taxes incurred, are the responsibility of the customer.
The returns policy is applicable only to the initial customer and is non transferable, nor does it apply to customised products.
